Design & Drafting
We offer full turnkey solutions including early engagement with clients in project life cycle to assist with design development and value engineering options.
Once Project commences, our experienced design team review all project documentation including structural drawings, architectural drawings, As-built survey reports for preparing steel shop drawings. We use specialized cloud based softwares including Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks, Navisworks etc. to prepare well detailed 3D Model, GA Drawings, Marking plans, Assembly and Part Drawings etc.
We also conduct thorough In-house reviews prior to client submission to minimize RFIs, Clashes and change orders later in project.
Steel Fabrication
Full in-house fabrication capability including CNC cutting, Beamline Processing, MIG/TIG/Stick welding, Profile Bending & Rolling, Machining to full spectrum of associated operations.
We Employ highly experienced team of Boilermakers, Welders & Supervisors who have proven expertise in working to highest workmanship standards and great attention to detail.
All our Fabrication work is carried out in our well equiped Workshop with multiple overhead cranes, Bandsaws, Laser and Plasma Cutting Machines, Beamlines, Punch & Shear, Guilotines and hundreds of small pieces of tools & equipment.
Our Fabrication work is compliant with TFNSW CC3, Steel Compliance Australia (SCA) CC3, AS/NZS 5131, AS/NZS 1554.1, AS/NZS 3834.
Surface Coatings

We use accredited suppliers for all Hot Dipped Galvanising to AS/NZS 4680.
Through our trusted third party vendors, we also have experience of providing all types of Fire Protection Systems including Intumescent Coatings, Vermiculite Sprays and Promat Boards with fire rating upto 4 Hours.
Rigging & Installation
We offer complete installation services including Steel Rigging & Erection, Cranage & Lifting Solutions, Onsite Welding, Rectification and Repair Work, Shear Stud Welding & Trial Assemblies.

Featured Projects
Precise Way recently completed the facade work at Moore Park Tunnel Portal and adjoining Substation Building on Sydney Light Rail Project. Project involved complex setup of structural steel cassette system, spotted gum timber battens, Concealed Fixed Metal Doors and Stainless Steel Anti-throw Mesh Screens. All these components were put together by seamless project management and highly skilled workmanship.

Communication
First of all, you tell us about your vision, your dream and your requirements. We listen closely and our highly skilled team will decode that into practical and tangible steps. We work closely with home owners, commercial builders and engineers to clearly understand the scope.
Scope Evaluation
Next we do more study and investigation to comprehend complexity, budget, timelines and specific requirements of each project. If design is already available, we do critical evaluation, and if its only a vision, we engage architects and engineers to draw your proposal onto paper.
Tender
After we get all information and fill in all the blanks, we submit you our cost proposal / tender. Being as a close knit company, our low overheads make it possible for us to submit competitive quotes. And furthermore, we remain open to discussion during this time to propose alternate and cost effective solutions.
Planning
Once we get go ahead, we start planning. At this stage, we do all the background work of procurement, scheduling, submitting shop drawings, reports, preparing Safe Work Method Statements, Environmental plans and all the requisite work in order for us to deliver the unparallel quality, on time and in budget.
Delivery
After all planning and resource allocation, we get to work. We only purchase the best quality materials and use the highly qualified tradesmen to work on your project. All our team is very professional, skilled and reliable. We always follow site instructions, ensure safety and maintain highest quality of works.
Post-delivery Support
Once we deliver the project to your satisfaction, we have dedicated after sale support system to ensure highest standards of after sale services are being maintained. Firstly we strive not to have any defects, but incase if you spot any snags, we prioritize that over all work, and rectify that at earliest.
